Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind Squad Control. If you sign up for a paid plan and decide it's not the right fit, you have 14 days from the date of your first payment to request a full refund. We'll process it promptly, no questions asked.

We believe in the product we've built, and we'd rather earn your confidence than lock you in. If something isn't working for you, we genuinely want to know — but you're never obligated to explain.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment.
• The request must come from the email address associated with your Squad Control account.
• Refunds apply to the first billing period only. Subsequent monthly or annual charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds are available for the Pro ($29/mo) plan.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@squadcontrol.ai with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address. That's it.

We aim to respond within 1 business day and process all eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse — for example, if we detect a pattern of repeated sign-ups and refund requests designed to exploit this policy. We'll always reach out before making that determination.

If your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you're within the 14-day window, you can request a refund separately as described above.

After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
